Master, for me this is always the saddest Thursday
of the year.
Maestro, para mí, este jueves siempre es el jueves más triste
de todo el año.

As I awoke this morning and talked with You, I suddenly realized that on That Thursday, 2,000 years ago, You also greeted the morning as I do today.Al despertarme esta mañana, cuando hablamos juntos, de repente me encontré pensando en el hecho de que Tú, Ese Jueves hace 2.000 años, también dabas la bienvenida a un nuevo día, tal y como yo lo hago hoy.

The difference, is that You would not return to bed; You would never sleep again.La diferencia, es que Tú no volverías a la cama a finales del día; nunca volverías a dormir de nuevo, jamás.

You knew a friend would betray You. You knew You would be seized in the middle of the night. You knew that in the early morning they would whip you (almost to death).
And that by 3 pm the next day, You would be dead.
Sabías que un amigo te traicionaría. Entendías que iban a por Tí en medio de la noche. Sabías que en la madrugaba te latigarían
(casi hasta matarte allí mismo). Y que sobre las 15h del día siguiente, estarías muerto.
